Here’s a little insight into our weekday shipping window:

• All orders go through a 24-hour holding period to give customers time to catch incorrect addresses or order placements - you wouldn’t believe how many people enter the wrong address and need to update it. 
• Our fulfillment team usually gets your order in the mail within 48 hours - excluding weekends. It would be great if we could process orders 7 days a week, but we’ll take what we can get in this economy. 
• The weekday shipping window cuts off at Noon CT. So if you place your order on Friday after Noon CT, your order will ship out Monday. 
• After your order has left our warehouse - it’s in the shipping companies' hands. Domestic orders usually take 2-4 days to deliver once they've left our warehouse. 
• Please note our shipping timelines are estimates - during the Holiday rush, timelines may increase.

We pride ourselves on being upfront and transparent; the last thing we’d want to do is promise you shipping times we can’t deliver on.
