Salt water won't damage the cord - it's marine-grade and antimicrobial. But sweat, salt water and sunscreen can damage your lenses and frames over time, so it's a good idea to rinse everything every once in a while. Feel free to clean your Ombraz with any normal hand soap and warm or cold water.
